building blocks

The experience, which could be described as “building blocks”, is what inspired the concept behind this program brochure. Each year, we learn new notions, like kids learning how to stack blocks. We both learn how to do new things but also to adapt. All the while we compile experience and projects to create a portfolio. So, with the use of cutout shapes and a very block-like grid, this is how I view the program brochure.

The Graphic Design Department of Dawson College is  a three year program. Throughout these years, students learn many notions that are crucial to good design but they also learn to channel their creativity into different aspects of graphic design.
